I am Japanese and I currently live in Vancouver, BC, Canada. My first name is Teruyo. It is a Japanese word that means “sun’s light.” My maiden name is Uno, and it means “universe field.” My life’s work is Uno Healing.  My passion is healing people.

My training is in the Namikoshi style of massage from the Canadian College of Shiatsu Therapy. I am expanding this style to include energy work and am taking courses in Japan in Seitai and joint manipulation. I have also been trained in Singaporean foot acupressure massage. I am a member of and insured by Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

I work at clinics in Yaletown and North Vancouver, the Acupoint Wellness Centre downtown, and have a studio space in the West End. I also work at various public fairs and corporate events around the city.
